SUPPLY AS TECH COMPANY

Foshan Lianshiyi Technology Co., Ltd., established in 2016, is an innovative high-tech enterprise integrating independent technology research and development with international trade. Since its inception, the company has always adhered to technological innovation as its driving force, with business covering in-depth technology research and development and the import and export of products.

Breaking the Bottleneck of Rural Cleaning: Making Smart Sweeping Unrestricted

Traditional intelligent sweeping equipment is mostly designed for smooth, wide, paved roads in cities. When faced with the complex and varied road conditions in rural towns and villages—such as narrow alleys, rugged roads, muddy dirt roads, and uneven paths—it often struggles to operate efficiently.

Based on actual needs, Lianshiyi Technology breaks the traditional perception that "sweeping robots are limited to smooth urban roads." The company's R&D team has dedicated itself to creating a new generation of intelligent rural street cleaning robots specifically designed for the characteristics of rural and town roads:

Lansyes Autonomous Street Sweeper

Technical Specification & Functional Feature Document

Document Version: v1.0 Manufacturer / Technology Provider: Lansyes Tech Target Applications: Tier-3/4 Townships, Rural Roads, Agricultural Zones & Industrial Parks

Executive Summary

Traditional commercial autonomous sweepers are engineered primarily for flat, well-paved tier-1 city plazas and paved parkways. When deployed on degraded, unpaved, or potholed roads in tier-3/4 towns and rural areas, standard platforms suffer from chassis rigidity damage, frequent sensor localization loss, and limited hopper capacity due to human-driver cab constraints.

The Lansyes Autonomous Street Sweeper is a high-efficiency, rough-terrain micro-utility vehicle engineered specifically to bridge this operational gap. Built with a compact motorcycle-sized footprint, a unified 0.5 m^3 hopper, and exposed rear independent spring suspensions, Lansyes delivers stable, zero-cloud-dependent autonomous sweeping at an accessible total cost of ownership.

  • Secondary Perception: Dual Front Camera Module (Wide-angle RGB + Depth Sensor)

  • Localization & Positioning: Dual-Antenna RTK-GNSS + High-Precision Central IMU

  • Compute Platform: NVIDIA Jetson Orin Edge Compute Box (ROS 2 / Autoware Architecture)

  • Communication Interface: Dual CAN-bus Controller + Industrial USB-to-CAN Gateway

Operational Performance

  • Sweeping Speed: 3 – 5 km/h (Curb-following / Edge-tracking mode)

  • Transit / Cruise Speed: Up to 15 km/h

  • Minimum Sensor Blind Zone: 10 cm (Enables close-curb precision sweeping)

3. Core Functional Features

1. Rough-Terrain Stabilization & Pitch Compensation

Road bumps frequently cause LiDAR point-cloud misalignments in standard SLAM systems. The Lansyes system pairs physical shock absorption from its exposed rear spring suspension with software-level IMU attitude-compensation algorithms (Pitch/Roll filtering). This ensures smooth 3D mapping and prevents false-obstacle emergency braking on uneven rural roads.

2. High-Precision Edge & Curb Cleaning (Wall-Following Mode)

Utilizing a 59° vertical FOV LiDAR, the vehicle detects low-profile road margins, unpaved shoulders, and sidewalk curbs. The control system dynamically adjusts front-wheel steering angles to maintain a strict 10–20 cm offset along the curb for thorough leaf and debris removal.

3. All-Offline Local Intelligence (Zero-Cloud Dependency)

Engineered for weak-signal or remote suburban environments:

  • High-definition point-cloud maps and vector path data are stored locally on onboard NVMe storage.

  • In the event of GNSS/RTK signal interruption, the system automatically degrades to LiDAR NDT Matching + IMU Inertial Odometry, maintaining continuous operational safety without cloud dependency.

4. Right-Hand & Left-Hand Traffic Adaptability

The software layer natively supports both Right-Hand Drive (RHD) and Left-Hand Drive (LHD) traffic configurations. A single configuration toggle (drive_on_left: true) aligns global/local path planners and edge-sweeping logic for international markets like Thailand or Myanmar.
